and Construction
Ingenieros Asociados Sigma Donoso partnered with Koppers Co. of Pittsburgh, United States, to create Ingeniería y Construcción Sigdo Koppers S.A., giving rise to what is now the Sigdo Koppers Group.
1974
A group of Engineering and Construction professionals Sigdo Koppers acquires control of the company by buying its shares, a growth process begins through new lines of business and business creation, becoming one of the main industrial conglomerates in Chile
